Terms of Use

These terms govern access to and use of the ConvoAi messaging product provided by BizzAi Softwares Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad, India.

By accessing or using the Product, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with these terms, you may not use the Product.

1. Use of the Product

  • 1.1 License. The Provider grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your internal business purposes, subject to this Agreement.
  • 1.2 User Responsibilities. You are solely responsible for the content and legality of the data, attachments, and messages sent using the Product. You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using it.

2. Intellectual Property

  • 2.1 Ownership. The Product, including all intellectual property rights, remains the property of the Provider. This Agreement does not grant you any rights to the Provider's trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information.
  • 2.2 User Content. You retain ownership of the content you upload. By using the Product, you grant the Provider a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content for the purpose of providing the Product and related services.

3. Data Collection and Privacy

  • 3.1 Data Collection. The Product may collect and store data, including personal information, to provide analytics and reports. The Provider will handle such data in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
  • 3.2 Confidentiality. The Provider will use commercially reasonable efforts to protect the confidentiality of your data. However, the Provider cannot guarantee the security of data transmitted over the internet.

4. Limitation of Liability

  • 4.1 Disclaimer. The Product is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • 4.2 Limitation of Liability. The Provider and its affiliates shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Product, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Termination

  • 5.1 Termination. The Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Product at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason.
  • 5.2 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Product and delete any copies in your possession.

6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

  • 6.1 Governing Law. This Agreement is governed by the laws of India.
  • 6.2 Jurisdiction. Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, India.

7. Miscellaneous

  • 7.1 Entire Agreement. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Provider regarding the Product and supersedes prior agreements or understandings.
  • 7.2 Modifications. The Provider reserves the right to modify or update this Agreement at any time. Any modified version becomes effective when posted on the Provider's website or otherwise communicated through the Product.
